For ocd what is the moderate dosage of sertraline hcl can be given to minimise the symptom and what is the highest dose of sertraline hcl

In my family we never met hospital till 2017 except some seasonal problems like fever cold cough, we take treatment in rural health center r clinic, this feb 2018 my mom admitted in hospital for 20days in mangalore, report shows that she has blood clot in her leg (dvt) so now every 15days treatment given, this sudden incident make me sad, and little upset, worried more, because mind full of blind, i loss my job because too much leave cannot concentrate on work, after discharge from hospital we living with relatives it near to hospital, after 3 months i tired work near my relatives area, but i loose my confidence, unable concentrate, addicted to alcohol, now not able control myself, recently i read one article in newspaper about depression, i have fear to go hospital, which doctor to contact how to express dis disease, whar r the treatment r given, so please help me

Hi doctor, my name is dhruv and my wife has a mental problem. She is going crazy day by day. We are planning for a kid but she doesn't want a daughter because she thinks that after marriage the daughter will leave us like she left her family. She has her own solution to this problem and says she will commit suicide if she gives birth to a daughter. What to do. It is also becoming difficult for me to live with this woman. Under medical treatment but he is feeling laziness after taking medicine and his wieght is decreasing. What should we do now can't understand. Help us
