Concentrate Any thing with in 5 Mins not even ate properly too, always his brain growing Fastly Where ever we go like, schools ,shopping, all r called him hyper active But as a mother I knew what going in his mind In studies he is very good If concentrate on his focus he is zem, otherwise Not can u suggest v can approach Any special Doctor Advices that improves My kids health n his wait is also 20 kgs N each n every thing I remember N pushed him. Daily He couldn't Remember That he feels hungry Also

Would recommend to consult a child psychologist or clinical psychologist. The hyperactive behavior  can be reduced through  occupational therapy and focus can be developed through psychotherapy and other techniques.
