Stress and depression
Iam using medicines for psychiatric problem stress and depression tablets named 'OLEANZ PLUS' and DIVAA-OD 250' Now 2 months usage of medicines will be complete within 10 days So, i have decided to stop using medicines from now(after 10 days) Because i can control my stress and depression without medicines with better thinking. So, can i stop medicines ? Please tell me ?

Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. Nice to hear that you are feeling better know. Just be aware that every psyctric medicine will have withdrawal effects if stopped suddenly. Advice you to consult with your treating psychiatrist to confirm that you are fine and he will suggest you to reduce the medicine. In parallel also start few relaxation techniques, excersise routines, few lifestyle changes etc to support your treatment and to avoid relapse of symptoms. Be positive. You will be alright soon. It is not advisable to stop medication without the approval of your treating Psychiatrist. Risk of relapse is very high. Do not make any modifications to your treatment plan without your doctor's permission
