I have feeling of sad mood and too much of thoughts these days. I couldn't sleep well these days. Feeling loneliness

I am experiencing sleeplessness for 2 weeks. Daily bad moods and uncontrollable overthinking. Sometimes i felt like crying. I lose interest in my daily routines including doing exercises. I am also afraid of losing weight these days.

If patient of Schizophrenia is on medication and taking his Medicines regularly so still may be sometimes he or she feel something awkward or delusion

I went through an episode of mood disorder last year and had taken SSRi and other meds for 3 months Sleep was disturbed and still now not fully come back to normal Now a days sometimes when anxious I take clonzepam However my problem is sleep I fall asleep and after an hour or Two wake up After that whenever I fall asleep I have vivid random dreams which are sometimes scary but ultimately result in very ubrestful sleep Due to this I am not able to focus on the things I like to do in the daytime also I have a fairly normal and simple lifestyle Go for walks Eat simple And try sleeping on time Still this problem Please advise

Hello I am living with my in laws, every one is good except my elder sister in law. She is living with us as she is widow. She always try to make hurdles in my way. She don't want me to work outside, she is like a typical old indian mother in law's who tries to rule every one. She has mood swings all the time. And bcoz of all this I easily get angry, n fight with my husband for this. My relationship with my husband is very good n important to me. I want to reconcile with my husband he is angry with me coz of this nature. Please help me what to do next.

I am taking nexito 10 mg and zapiz 0.25 mg( 1 tablet each at night). Currently this medicines and its substitutes are not available, what can I take instead?

Hello Doctors ..I get unrelated dream or thoughts as soon I sleep if I wake up after 30 mins it's gets cut again new dream or thoughts get into mind all these are unrelated..what can be the reason

How to help a partner with Night Terrors? How to ease him? He puts the light on while sleeping, and is scared of most of the things. Tried talking if he had any sort of stress, he says none, except worried about this night terror incidents that happened recently.
