How to reduce anxiety when exams are nearby. I always get anxious and start behaving abnormally when exams are close. I study throughout the year very efficiently but during last phases I sometime start crying or be aggressive or just sit nd avoid studying due to which my performance gets affected.

I'm not sure about it but I think my friend has bipolar disorder. He gets aggressive all of the sudden. First he is very emotional about something and asks questions softly and then all of the sudden he starts screaming and asking same questions aggressively and with terrific facial expression.

I am responding to Mirtazapine 7.5mg right from Day 1. Could not get much out of most SSRIs even after a month. But still trying with Fluoxetine max dose from last 2 weeks and will continue in parallel even though I don't see any benefits yet. But I am concerned about metabolic sides and glycemic control of Mirtazapine. Question 1: Should I still continue with Mirtazapine as it seemed to be working? Question 2: If yes to above, how to cope with potential metabolic side effects and glycemic control? Question 3: Is there a better alternative than Mirtazapine to treat atypical depression, anxiety and OCD. Please suggest. Thank you.

I've got this problem of severe mood fluctuations and I seriously don't know how to describe whatever feel but I'm not able to concentrate on my studies or not able to mingle with people because of this . I don't know what triggers me, and how to control my mood. I don't know how to tell people about the way the I feel and what I need .

I have OCD issue. I am taking Flunil 40 and Clonil 25 tab in one day. Due to medicine i am facing constipation problem . My stool is so hard. When I take cremaffin plus syrup my bowel movement is smooth and clear but after stopping the syrup again the constipation occurrs.

Sir since last 1 month I'm taking some medicine under supervision of a psychiatrists for Insomnia and anxiety. These medicines are 1. Thioril 10 2. Phnergen 25 3. Olimelt 2.5 If I discontinue these medicines after 50 days as said by doctor. Will there be any withdrawal of symptoms or side effects???
