I am mentally very weak. sometimes I hate myself 😭😭 i m very softhearted person. I don't know how to overcame this. I don't know how to face interviews or anything like that

Am taking treatment for Depression,Anxiety since last 3 months...Sertraline 50 mg and 100mg,Pravonol SR 20mg.. strictly am taking these medications..Am taking vitamin D3 supplements..But still sometimes i feel Anxiety..And Unhealthy Like stomach Upset..How much time can i take this Medicine??And Why Am getting Unhealthy??

Hi I have a friend who recently dodged himself to addiction. Extremely broken with life, he admitted he has been addicted to Dettol consumption. He consumes Dettol in a very small quantity everyday. How can I help him get rid of his addiction and I am sure this regular consumption though in a very less quality can still cause some damage to him. Kindly suggest..

When should one visit an emotion care expert? I think I jump time to time from past hurting events and they are making me bitter about present. I had fever & difficulty in breathing 15 days & consulted doctor. Due to side effect of his medicine I suffered from loose motion, vomiting, stomach ache, head ache. I was admitted to gov hospital at 1 at night. next day, i was shifted to private hospital. On third day at night I started feeling anxiety like. I was unable to sleep also my was shaking. I was given sleeping pill to sleep. After 2 days i got discharged. Day before yesterday night same thing happened. I was filled with anxiety and have not slept full night. No medicine was working, acc. to doctor whatever was happening was mentally. On morning I was given etizola 0.5 around 8 , then i slep till 4. Same happened yesterday night too, i had to take pill. I currently not feeling well like i am having negative imotions, feeling scared of something or what. I am just feeling bad. Its suffocating like not able to breath if I try to sleep without pills I feel like crying. And yesterday while waking afternoon nap got panic attack
