On Aug 17 night I could not sleep while night because of stress due to my upcoming exams. Since then for 1 week I could not sleep properly. Do I visited a neurologist he gave me EYLTILAAM PRO 20 for 15 days. But the result was not good. Then I visited a psychiatrist he gave me 1. Thioril 10 for 50 days 2. Phnergen 10 for 3 weeks and phnergen 25 for 3 weeks 3. Olimelt 2.5 for 40 days 4. Epitril 0.25 for 20 days After discontinuing Epitril 0.25 I sleep but get sleep after 2 hrs. When will I get normal sleep ???

I am suffering from depression, overthinking,this was badly effecting my nurves system..my nurves are became dry..and causing burning sensation, tingling,pain in my body which is roating my whole body..my eyes and vocal cord is effected badly because of this..sometimes i felt  that my heartbeat was faster,shortness of breath ..i don't want to eat any medicine..i want to overcame this naturally, no medicine, no counsilling,no theraphy,i want to relax my mind and do not thought anything..but my nurve pain is increasing day by day...my ent doc prescribed me nexito 5 mg for 1 month .i do not want to eat any medication..i am playing ,eating, sleeping but sometimes the thoughts are coming back..and the pain was back..pls gave me some tips to improve it naturally..i am talking to my friends,my family,shopping,wanted to relax my mind,but the pain is troubling me help me..give me some tips. i am slepping enough,eating healthy..and apply just tears drop on my eye..thanks..help me

Psychiatrist prescribed me the following medicines for insomnia Thioril 10 Phnergen 25 Olimelt 2.5 I'm taking these medicines since last 25 days and felling better. Will these medicines pose a negative impact on my mental health day since I'm 21yrs old ???

I have very disruptive sleep. Till 3 o'clock it is kind of okay , I happen to wake up due to bad dream. And after that I have very disruptive and fragmented sleep. I feel I have excessive rem sleep and specially during the morning hours it feels I dream the whole time. I fall asleep easily also if I wake up it doesn't really take long for me to sleep again. It's only rarely that I find it difficult to sleep. I don't act out in my dream nor do I sleep walk or talk. I don't snore. But usually I wake up panicked due to my dreams. Also, during the day time it's fine but I usually stress alot due to family issues and this pandemic and also because I get lonely. Yoga and meditation has helped me alot but I can't really understand how do I overcome excessive rem sleep and because of this I dream alot and that is hampering my mental health. But still I gather courage and try to keep my day normal even though at night it feels terrible. I sleep for 7-8 hrs but just that it's not a good sleep.

I am suffering from generalised anexity disorder and I live at home all day without social life. How to deal with it??
