I have gone through few good psychiatrists since start of last 4.5 years for my mental health issues. I am fitness freak and I do daily Yoga and meditation. I am facing weird health problems like feeling faint, tingling sensation ( If I don't take medicine), loosing control from body, Sometimes I feel my heart is skipping few beats. In the night I feel very strong heart palpitation so I find difficult to sleep. I am taking Venlafaxin-Mepha ER 75 mg daily one tablet. I have done my full body test like vitamin test, blood test, MRI and ECG but all seems good. Kindly note that firstly I get symptoms then I get worried so my thinking NOT resulting any physical symptoms rather physical symptoms triggers worry, which seems natural. I am over thinker that's true and I get panic easily. I get angry and I abuse in anger but I never hit . I love perfect things. I have IBS issues so I pass gas quite often. I have height 5'7" and weight 76kg around. Kindly suggest am I curable ?

Good.evening.i have been on clonezepam 0.5 mg for about 6-7 months but I have started facing lot of side effects like neck pain and over brightness to lights .i would like to taper it according to a plan and see if it eases out.kondlt suggest a tapering plan and let me know how long would it take to ensure the drug is no longer in my system .I know the hard effects of withdrawal but I would like to manage my anxiety without meds after having tried it for quite sometime .

My father is suffering from mental problem from the last one year, but he thinks he is absolutely fine. He talks nonstop about his old stories, and also talks alone when there is no-one. And sometimes stays silent and sleeping all the time. And sometimes behave completely normal. But he is eating and doing the day to day activity time to time.

I have taken tablet PR C,25 since a month , how many month required recovery from depression please say sir or madam

Hello doctor I m not able to choose the correct way of life,i hardly believe life after death and i always think about it..i m so spiritual men,and these kind of thinking started destroy my life even i m not able to sleep completely! I m always think to change my religion different kind of thinking comes in my mind.. Is there any cure of this kind of things? Is this is a mental disease or something else??? Kindly advised what should i do?what kind of medicine should i take??? Thankyou

My friend is nowadays mentally unstable due to loss of her near one. She consumed 30 Sensival P pills and was in hospital for last 5 days. Still is not in stable condition. As her mother is taking that medicine, those are still somehow in her reach. Now apart from that mental condition, she is having high pulse rate like 130 up for the whole day. I have checked that the medicine have nortriptyline which is the toxic agent. Please suggest what would be the after affects and how that 30 pills can cause inner harm.
