Anxiety disorders are very common mental illnesses and sometimes associated with medical illness esp hypertension , thyroid , heart diseases and often cause sleep disturbance too.but since you are taking librotyp ds since 2months , I think you should get yourself evaluated in detail and start proper counselling and treatment because libitryp has dependency potential.

Talk to experienced psychiatrist online and get your health questions answered in just 5 minutes.
Anxiety has both psychological and physical symptoms. Medication could reduce the physical symptoms and most of the psychological symptoms but unless you work on your triggers/ stressors symptoms may return. For help consult a psychiatrist if you are unable to do it alone.
Usually we give medication for at least six months after improvement of symptoms , more important is not the duration but how to stop the drug which should be slow and divided dosage
On of the anxiety symptom is palpable, feeling of pressure but please get some test done to rule out heart problems
