I have been taking nexito forte for 2 years and now my doctor has added a snri veniz xr 150 which I fear of adding medicine plz help

Sometimes my daughter can't sleep at . She explained that as many times she wanted to sleep ,she can see some figures of child while she trito close her eyes. Basically she has got fear at night. She cries and her face looks pale.

This is regarding my brother , he is been a cheerful and jolly throughout his life. But since last 5-6 months(after lockdown) he spent lot of time with his phone and suddenly started having low mood, disrupt sleep and inferior complex. He is having few 3-5 chickenpox small pit holes on his forehead, that are not even visible unless you focus on them. He never cared about it, but suddenly after 10-12 years he has been processed about it, he thinks he looks bad or he has something incomplete. Strange part is no one ever taunted him. He saw some youtube video involving skin peeling therapy but anguished regarding side effects. overall body is lean and fit. Don’t know how he developed that guilt and how to get over it. Its been 6 months, he hasn't slept well.  Local psychiatrist prescribed nexito plus 10 full at night and 1/2 morning. Is it right Dosage? or lower (nexito5) given first? He haven't started taking medicine want to be sure before taking. What is starting dose? duration?

Sir, i am suffering from ocd intrusive thoughts since childhood.           Doctor said that nikola tesla and einstein had ocd. He also so that ocd people are intelligent. Is it true? I always imagine something. I ask the philosopher questions from my teacher. Is it true that ocd person are intelligent?

Hello Docs I think I have problem of OCD this was from before lockdown prob 1 year.However I managed the thoughts by yoga and meditation..now almost bad thougths are nill.but still I wash hands and always  feel dirt and I don't think it is due to covid as I have recovered from it now.Only problem right now is I have slight anxiety  feels like overburden even with small work. Now just want to ask why this compulsion is not fading  away by meditation?.Or can you give some tricks without medicines to eradicate it completely?? Can meditation be continued for long? Thanks

Hi Doctor, I have been dealing with generalised anxiety disorder for about 10 months. During the course of 10 months I had been trying various cognitive behavioural theraphy and supplements to cope with my anxiety. I could not achieve 100 percent success from CBT alone, so I was trying some supplements like St.Johns Wart and then sam-e. Currently I am trying sammy(Wockhardt) 200mg once daily. It has been a month I am taking sammy. After first two week, I really felt a huge difference in my ability to control my anxiety. I was able to think clearly. I was able to better control my obsessive thoughts. In short I felt like I am myself again after a long time. But for the past two days I am not able to sleep properly. I feel like my brain is not tired to sleep. And I am not able to sleep for the whole night. I feel it is the side effect of sammy. Can you advice me on any approach to deal with insomnia because of sammy. Thanks.

Sir i am facing muscle contraction head ache for very small and simple emotions and not treating for any type of medicines..yoga and meditation may give temporary releif at that moment..but practically impossible to stress free life..,why tension head ache wont heal can tell pls?

I have take medicine aripirazole 15mgand Paroxetine 25mg a day in previously I was taken amisulpride 100mg . It is good but it cause ed so I want combine both aripirazole 15mg and amisulpride 50mg

I have issues controlling my emotions and specially my anger. I have grown up in a negative environment and my father had anger issues and all. Visited a doctor year back who told me that i have bpd issue. I am still jot sure whether i have it or not. It's difficult for me to stay focused and calm all the time. My relationships with my people specially my husband is in a bad condition because of all this. I always seek for validation and become extremely defensive and negative when i am being judged or criticised. And i also have higher emotional expectations from people which my husband keep saying. I cant handle arguments properly and get into a fight soon. Low esteem issue, less confidence and suspicious & i am also highly insecure. Though i never have suicidal thoughts but when i get angry i hurt muslef physically infront of my husband and sometimes him as well. I am traumatised about my past behaviour & panic about uncertainty. want to b normal & happy and always calm. Pls advice
