Anger management
I am getting angry so soon if i am getting triggered and getting flared up.. And I speak so hurtful which I couldnt even remember what I am speaking. But I am doing only with my family members not with outsiders.. What I am supposed to do?? How to not get triggered if someone speaking hurtingly to me and not get angry immediately and give response to them..?? Can u please help me out

I would suggest you to book an appointment with a psychiatrist for better evaluation and planning of treatment. If you ignore your symptoms it can worsen with every passing day.
