Respected sir /madam I want to tell you that I my hands feet remain sweaty most of the time and dry mouth I want to tell you that I feel difficult to socialize with people and don not keep the relations nicely I feel too much about what people say to me and talk about me I have so many unwanted worries while studying or typing my hands turn wet Please tell me about my problem which is troubling me from last 2_3 years .

I am taking half zolfresh 10 mg for past 1 month...at what point should I start reducing by 1/4 th, How long should I take each step reduction of 1/4th and then stop. I am taking sulpitac 50 and qutipin sr 50 at night along with zolfresh. Morning I am taking sulpitac 50 from past seven months...iam feeling better in morning from many months ...how can I stop sulpitac 50 in the morning. (If a person takes zolfresh 10 mg at night then what is the procedure to cut off by 1/4th in every step and then stop)

I have tested positive for covid 4 months ago due to this illness i have undergone stress depression and snciety are elevated in me it was disturbing me from a month with fear of death and weight loss can a person may get weight loss when he experience stress and depression.

Had suffered from anxiety disorder in September. It caused by pulse rate to increase to 100 bps. Now I'm still under medications under a psychiatrist. Is it safe do the gym workouts ??? (As it increase my heart beat)

Namaste Dr., This is for my mother regd. Schizophrenia. Is there any treatment in ayurveda to effectively treat Schizophrenia. I tried for 3 months and it was fine in the 2nd and 3rd month, but after that the symptoms were horrible to maximum and To control we have admitted her in the hospital and controlled with high dose injections and tablets. She is very emotional & very little little words can make her crying & she is sometimes overthinking about her. If anybody says anything about her if it's like a kidding then also she thinks that hurts her self respect or something like that & she became emotional and angry. Sometimes she is locked herself in room or goes out from house. We have 2 years old baby also so sometimes these things can throw impact on our baby also. So I am worried about that. Now my wife can't even sleep properly at night sometimes for baby sometimes for few thoughts whatever she thinks about others and their words. So what to do please provide me some solution.

I am taking clonzapam 1mg with quietipine 25 mg at night and nexito 20 and veniz xr from last one month.I am feeling drowsiness and weakness during the day and depressed all day . What could be the reason???

How do you get rid of cardiac anxiety.. I was all okay till 24.. suddenly one of my colleague passed away due to cardiac arrest at 29.. and in another few months my father had a heart attack.. that all affected me psychologically.. I started developing the fear for my heart.. I'm 28 now.. I couldn't come out of it.. whenever I had a heart burn, I worry it would a heart attack.. whatever I eat, I feel that would affect my heart.. how do you overcome that..
