I get ocd doubts i masturbated by imaging girls know i get doubts tht did i masturbated by imagine own family members

I am taking meds from last 5 months but still not showed improvement in my ocd i have taken prodep 80mg and clomapramine 50mg

I talk myself loud sometimes i ask questions in mind and myself given answers tell me which disorder i have.

Taking medication daxid 50 mg but hand termor and body shaking is sti there also feel weakness my doctor is out of town he told me to increase the dose should i consult other doctor?

I am antidepressant  and since 2 months I am not having any anxiety symptoms but yesterday. Suddenly breathlessness started when I consulted doctor he said this is because of anxiety but I a not having any anxiety symptoms. Is it possible that person don't have anxiety symptoms but breathlessness occur

I am very depressed as well as tensed with my life.. my brain always thinks anything and never stops to think.. i am facing over thinking problem.. whenever i see any person in trouble and found myself not able to do anything for him, i become depressed badly. Even a small small things affects me badly. Some times i can not sleep properly in night.. please help me. I want inner peace and peaceful mind..
