I am going through a divorce right now. It was a love marriage but unfortunately I discovered a lot of negative things after the marriage. Now I randomly wake up in the middle of the night, sometimes while I am doing some other work my heart beat increases and I become very anxious . My chest sometimes hurts and my stomach feels weird . Now I don't feel like doing anything, even things that I liked to do .
I don't know what should I do or what these symptoms indicate. Should I visit a therapist or a psychiatrist?
