Spasmoproxyvon contains a molecule derived from a substance that is known to cause dependence. However, it usually doesn't cause dependence easily. Unfortunately, in your case, prolonged intake in a high dosage has lead to dependence. You will have to consult a psychiatrist on an individual basis to go ahead with detoxification and subsequent rehabilitation.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist in an individual consultation.

You seem to have been abusing the medicine to a state that now your body is physically and psychologically dependent on it. This forms an addiction similar to any addiction that you know. Please visit a psychiatrist and take treatment for this addiction.
