Hi agoraphobia means unreasonable and excessive fear leading to avoidance of open space/ public place e.g markets. Your difficulties point to episodes of severe anxiety called panic attacks. Many people with panic attacks also suffer from agoraphobia. Both are treatable. Please consult a Psychiatrist.
