Ocd with motor tic
I am on sertraline 100 mg since 1 years.i had mild motor tic in childhood. But now tic come back with more intense. Can sertraline worse tic. To stop the tic, doctor prescribed me olanzapine 5 mg. Now, tic is low than before but not completely.i talked with some tic patients who told me that in some patients sertraline can produce tic exceptionaly. What are your opinion. I can't change medicine because other ssris don't work in my case. Can u suggest me some medicine to reduce tic.

Hi I see that you are on trifluoperazine as well. I am not sure why you started SSRIs. Tics can be exacerbated by SSRIs. Please consult a Psychiatrist.
