Sir I have kidney stone of 2mm concrete in my both kidney and 4mm in mid left ureter. I need surgery or it they can be cured by medicines . How long I can wait without surgery

I have gone through PCNL surgery for my right kidney stone which was 22mm. After two months I have done my CECT Scan and attach is the report. Please help me to understand what is wrong in my report.

Is serum creatine and kft test same ?please suggest me for this. Also help with correct value. Thanks

Hello doctor, We undergone treatment of dialysis in gandhi medical hospital , previously  she has done with stenting, on the day of admit her creatine levels is 13.9 and today on 19th Aug 2019 the levels of creatinine are 5.05 but  they discharged the patient can we reduce it through diet else she need some extra treatment for reducing the level

Hi I was treated with recurring UTI 2.5 years back with 2 months antibiotics course. Doctor also had doubt if I had prostatitis. I was treated with antibiotics only. But even after that sometimes I feel burning sensation during peeing. I also sometimes feel difficult to hold urine. Urine routine / culture done multiple times found normal, PSA done once and was normal, USG kUbp done multiple times normal, creatinine normal. But still sometimes I feel like difficult to hold urine and sometimes burning sensation during pee and poop. Also hot urine sometimes.

Since past few days am getting blood in my urine ( not regular, like once in a day). I had a history of stone which was cleared with urine only last year. Do i need to check for stone again? I have gone for kft as well and reports were normal.

My daughter often gets urine infection itching, wanted advice on what are the urine tests needs to be done before going to the doctor. Please advise.

Please advice any safe cough syrup for kidney patient and diabetic also. Is Paracetamol 500mg safe for fever in these patients?
