Kidney Problems

I am having a low grade fever(99.5) with occasional chills and though no pain or burning in urination is present but frequent urges produce little urine.No constant back pain is there but once a day dull ache presents for a minute or so in lower abdomen.Is a medicine required if yes that what kindly inform.

Hi I had UTI last month. It was severe so doctor did Dj stenting and antibiotics iv and medicines. After one month ultrasound report and urine culture. Reports came fine there was no aerobic growth and doctor removed dj stentu and gave oflin 200 antibiotic for 5 days till last week Now sometimes i passed urine i can see small white traces floating. Is this sign of infection or because of antibiotics I'm passing white traces/ tissues in urine. I'm really worried. Please help
