Ureter stone
Hello 3 days back he had severe pain in the back and lower abdomen, after ultrasound we found that there is a ureter stone and swelling in that left lower abdomen region, after consulting the nearby doctor he is under medication, pls suggest if the medicines are ohk and how longg will it take to get rid of the problem. Thankyou

Most of the ureteric stones can come out on their own with some medications. Drink lots of water For meds which can help in expulsion of stone pls consult me

The ultra Sound report is suggesting that there is swelling in Left Kidney due to obstruction to the Left Ureter because of ? Ureteric stone on Left side. We don’t know How big it is & exactly where it is in the ureter. Continue same medication with, plenty of liquids orally. However you need further investigation to know if this obstruction (stone) May require any surgery
