I have a problem of frequent urination...I want to know which test will be better Urine for Afb smear and culture or Urine for TB PCR

I have 12 mm ,8 mm kidney stones in left kidney. Please provide me information regarding same day treatment to remove kidney stones

I am having the urge to go to pee and my bladder feels completely full but when I try and pee I am not able to do it. This has happened before but I pee always maybe a few seconds later but it has never happened like now where I don't pee Even after feeling full. Do I have to get urine test if yes pls tell which test exactly Because there are so many different urine tests.

My renal function report is all normal.My LFT report shows slight increase in sgot and sgpt(sgot and sgpt is higher by 5 units than normal range).Rest everything in LFT is normal.urine test Epithilial cells 5-6hpf and puss cells 3-4 hpf .I am having constant leg pain and frequent and smelly urine from 2 months.What could be the cause?..is the slight rise in sgot and sgpt indicating liver damage?..can i treat it naturally?

Doctor is asking for urgent admission for hydro theraphy treatment . Kindly suggest if it is required or is there any other way . Through medication instead .

Hello, my wife has been showing up UTI symptoms like burning sensation while passing urine in the early morning, lower back pain and fatigue. We did Urine Routine test, and found bacterial presence. But the Doctor told us that the bacterial presence is due to the LRTI infection she was suffering from, and the pus cells count is also normal, so no UTI. She was given Mega CV 1.2 antibiotic for 5 days and the LRTI infection has gone. However she has UTI symptoms. We are confused what to do now. Please suggest

For last 7-8 days frequency of urination has increased significantly. From 2-3 times a day it has increased to 8-10 times

I am suffering from inflammation in urethra since 3 months and used levoflox ,fosirol,ciprofloxacin antibiotics as part of treatment. Initially pseudomonas aeruginosa found in culture and recent test shows ecoli. The reports from multiple labs confirmed the same with 10^5 .is it possibile that bacteria change over period of time or reports are wrong?

I am having stone in my left ureter for the last 3 weeks. It is 6.5mm in size and hence trying to pass it. Taking Flotral 10mg at night and drinking 4 litres of water daily but still it is not passing. Also, it is now not giving much pain except such pricking thing only. My latest KFT shows 1.09 as creatinine level and Urea as 19 which is just below the minimum level i.e. 20. Should I wait for some more time ot pass it or ask for some treatment? Further, I prefer ESWL treatment but doctors I consulted are offering ureteroscopy via stent which I want to avoid. Please suggest. Thanks.
