Kidney Problems

Hi sir my name is uma. My age 42. No BP and SUGAR. I diagnosis my self serum creatinine level is 0.8  and uric acid  5.3.  need ant medications. please suggest me

I an a 31 yr old woman. Recently I have got my full body checkup done, in which 5.9 mmo/l potassium is detected in my blood. Is it too high? I dont feel any other symptoms except frequent urination. Does it require attention?

Pus is 2-4 hpf, rbc is 17-22 hpf after taking cefixime for 1 week. Previous rbc was 10- 15. Mucus thread:few, bacteria:few, protein: trace. Lower abdomen ultrasound: >There is no disparity in the sizes of both kidneys >right kidney measures 10.7x4.6x5.3 cm with cortical thickness of 1.5 cm while the left kidney is 11.5x4.8x5.4 cm with cortical thickness of 1.4 cm >both kidneys exhibit intact corticomedullary junctions and central echoncomplexes. >no mass, stone or hydronephrotic changes noted. >the urinary bladder is adequately distended with unthickened walls. No intrluminal echoes noted. Prevoid vol: 125cc, no significant postvoid vol. >the prostate measures 3.4x3.5x3.1 cm exhibiting bright parenchymal echoes. No focal mass noted. Prostate volume: 19.18cc impression: normal sized prostate with concretions, unremarkable kidneys and urinary bladder study. Urine analysis. 44 pus cells. Fever and chill. Frequently urine. Other problems nil. Kindly let me get your expert and recommend medicine

I have 63 ng/ ml vitamin D! Does it means I have vitamin D toxicity? Is it normal to have 63 vitamin D levels?

My current serum creatine result is showing 1.03 and the normal range is 1.5. Could you please let me know whether its normal. Also is there any chances result might come lesser where normal range is up to 1.2 or 1.3.
