Kidney Problems

I jus started working out this week. Been to the gym for 3 consecutive days and I felt pain in my arms and joints. Now, I asked my trainer and he told me that it is just DOMS or muscle soreness and I'll be fine in a few days. The third day, i went back to the home, took 30 Grams of whey protein in Cold Water. Took a shower and when i Pee'd, I found the color to be brown. I searched on Internet and found that it is a symptom of rhabdo which is threatening. Next day, I woke up, pee'd this time, color was brown. I consulted some of my known trainers and they told me to drink enough water. I started drinking water and the urine turns out to be clear. Even today, urine is not brown but yellowish. Now, I did have pain when moving my arms, so i researched a bit more and found that the urine color "must not" be tea like. Now my arms don't pain while not in motion and the pain is less as well. I just want to know that can it be whey that i took came out in urine? I have stomach ache as well.

What is cost of dj stent removal.. i hv one in ureter after rirs for stone ... and is it painful and time consuming

I have slide burning and yellow pee  twice or thrice in a day.. This is my test report.. It's 3rd time I have done this test and culture test is also fine.. Is this normal?

Strong irritation while urinating and also getting sensation to pass urine often. From past 1 week .

Currently she is admitted to prathana hospital in Goregaon west, but here they are charging us around 25 k per day for ICU so can we you please suggest us with any other hospital which has these facilities with same lesser rates.
