Lower back pain
I am having a kind of lower back right and left mild pain but it's in same place but it's like muscle spasm,shortness of breath,fatigue.is it related to low potassium or anything,loss of appetite and yelllowish urine,the pain is like muscle cramps like. I slept in a uneven position from that time it started,the pain is more when pressed in lower back.what can it be and even fasting from 2 days.

This could be muscle catch or muscle spasm....
Is it associated with buring urine or blood in urine
Does pain radiate from back to front
Or is the pain intermittent
