Dull pain in left lower back
It all just started with lower left back pain like a muscle pull on the first day it was 99° but after that it reduced to 97 till now,the pain is in lower left and left hip,metal type or some type taste in mouth,fatigue,loose stools,loss of appetite,I suffer from gerd gastritis from many years but this type of problem I have never got,is it anything to be worried about,mosquito also but 3 days back,sometimes pain in right side but it comes and goes.in left side the pain increases when I bend backwards like pulling pain.what should be done next.
