Kidney Problems

My daughter is 6 years old. She is suffering from burning urination. Urine test shows pus cells -4-5 hpf,an occasional rbc, few epithelial cells seen. But culture shows 3000 cfu/ml. Dr. Suggest Alkasol thrice in a day. But no antibiotics. Is it OK with that? She feels burning still. Though she is taking Alkasol just for three days. Please help.

My son 4yrs male and me having protein + in urine. It shows once in a while. Our kidneys are doing fine in USG and kidney profile test. What could be the reason ? Any need to worrry?

Dad was suffering from prostate earlier and had frequent urinary discharge issue and recently there were blood in urine. After consulting a doctor, some tests were done. Prostate was normal but cysts has been observed in both the kidneys. And a cauliflower like growth is seen in urinary bladder. Kindly suggest the criticality of condition and measures. Attaching reports herewith.

Urine blockage on 28,catheresied and blader emptied. Next day morning same issue again so catheterised again on 29 Jan. Bph issues.107 prostrate during ultrasound. After medication for one week ( silodom8mg,finasteride 5mg) now catheter removed. Now feeling ok. Please suggest a. future action regarding medicine. b. Any other lifestyle changes. c. I have recently done a full body checkup and all test were normal except my postrate size in ultrasonography was 3.3 x 4.2 x 6 ~ Vol 27cc. The report said its not normal. What is the normal size /volume ? Is it ok for my age ? Any precaution or medication required? I don't have any problem when passing urine and frequency is also normal.

My Acr ratio is 140.9...I am diabetic and have high blood pressure...but both is under control after taking medicine! What should I do next! Should I visit nephrologist
