Kidney Problems

Dear Sir, My father suffering with large exopytic cortical cyst in left kidney and creatinine level with 4.5 and urea level if 68. Now he is on catherisation. Is it possible to operate now. To remove the cyst from left kidney?? Please advice. Note: biopsy done on the cyst and confirmed as not cancer.

My father has kidney problems. Both the kidneys got shrinkage and he continuously doing dialysis. Doctors recommended to use my mother's kidney for Transplantation. Please advice whether transplantation will be safe or is there is any other treatments to improve kidney functions.

I am suffering from constant back flank pain mostly on right side but also on left for around 3 years. Initially a stone was diagnosed which came out itself. But tge pain was not relieved. I have US and CT scan KUB every now and then with every blood test from KFT LFT and Urine test but nothing comes abnormal in them. I used BCAA and Whey and have been using them every now and then. Im worried my kidneys may be suffering from damage. I dnt have any fever or blood etc in urine. Also pain increases(Becomes SHARP and penetrating for 2-3 sec) when i take any painkiller or have eggs or whey. Normally its DULL and CONSTANT. Kindly give me some ideas. What sud I do?

I have Angiomyolipoma in my left kidney no pain nothing so can u tell me any suggestions sir .I had ultrasound last month there showing I have 1.3 cm tumor in my left kudney

Iv been having dull back flank pain on both sides for 3 years. Initially i was diagnosed with a kidney stone. At that time I was using BCAA and Whey Protein for workout. I took some medication and iv been having regular scans since then, the scans no longer show any stone. Iv had CT KUB, US all the blood tests Creatinine, KFT, LFT, Urine tests. But the pain is there constant pain. Mostly its dull, felt more when I breathe in but sometimes when i take some medication i feel SHARP pain for 2-3 seconds, then it again becomes dull. Also this flank pain increases when I take Whey protein or have eggs. Iv been very stressed bcz f this situation. Kindly hit me with some ideas. Wats wrng with my body. Sometimes the pain is felt in groin area too and while passing urine... My urine is clear and I have no fever. Blood work is also fine.

Diagnosed with 3.3mm  calculus in rt kidney. Diagnosis also says that bowel loops are fulfilled with gas with rt right renal calculus. please guide
