He was diagnosed for prostate since an year back but not in use of any medication. Using routine BP tablets but free from sugar. He has booked an appointment with urologist for tomorrow at Care Hospital Hyderabad reg his prostate problem and urinary incontinence . He has urinary incontinence and traces of blood are being observed since to day morning. Does he need to take any medicines for tonight for this problem pending doctor consultation tomorrow morning? As bowl movement is also not smooth for past 3 days he has taken a proprietory Ayurvedic medicine called softvac this night. What can be the course of treatment for tonight ?

Hi, I am physically active, do weights and cardio and on a slightly high protein diet. Recently did a few routine testst and see a Blood Urea Nitrogen level of 23.3. wanted to know if this needs any attention or will it settle of i simplely reduce protein intake and have more water? Rest all tests are fine.

I was referred for mibg scan after elevated levels of metanephrines and nor metanephrines in my plasma test. The mibg scan didn't reveal anything abnormal. I have hypertension for past 7 years and have been under medications for the same. I also was diagnosed with anxiety disorder 4 years back and face panic attacks on daily basis.
