Kidney Problems

Have noticed many a times along with urine there comes a thick white discharge. Please help me understand the condition whether it is a attracts medical treatment or some other way to get cured.

Cretinine level is 1:7is it high or low and my stomach all pain and duch full digestion is not proper is any serious about kidney

I'm experiencing extreme pain in lower back only on left side. The pain started previous night but it was almost bearable. Since past 2 hours it has been extreme pain there. The pain feels lime cramps in lower back and left side .I also suffered from UTI(assumed) since past few days for which I took antibiotic Ciplox twice a day for 4 days. What should Ido..? Is it any side effect of the antibiotic I took..? What's my problem ?

Today I have observed that blood comes while passing urine with little pain. After passing urine again I am getting urine sensation for another half and hour.

As per the other tests like bilirubin, protein, albumin and others are in within the range. But blood creatinine level is showing above range which is 1.31mg/dL. Please confirm is it fine or I should follow any specific things to reduce it?
