Creatinine level is 1.31mg/dL
As per the other tests like bilirubin, protein, albumin and others are in within the range. But blood creatinine level is showing above range which is 1.31mg/dL. Please confirm is it fine or I should follow any specific things to reduce it?

Left pyeloplasty surgery
My Brother's Son has undergone left pyeloplasty surgery by laparoscopy method , due to Gross hydronephrosis of puj obstruction of left kidney , before surgery working condition of left kidney was 23% after sugery it fall to 11% ..! Is there any problems in future to right kidney due to failure of left kidney
