Hello my friend! Please don't trust YouTube videos about health without consulting a doctor! U r having stage 5 CKD , probably on dialysis and/or advised transplant. Fasting won't help ur kidneys in any way.. Scientific ( evidence based) medicine doesn't  advise this in kidney disease patients. Because it may deprive u of daily nutrition, alter fluid balance in ur body ( already disturbed due to stage 5 CKD) What  u need to do is this - RENAL PROTECTIVE STRATEGY ( a good nephrologist will help u with this) it will help preserve the remaining kidney function. And will keep u healthy till u undergo transplant. 1. Strict control  of hypertension 2. Strict control of diabetes 3. Protein intake 0.8 g / kg / day... Don't completely stop taking pulses , dal, eggs... Just make sure that u consume only above mentioned amount per day. Proteins r the building blocks for the body ,, not taking them sufficiently will make u weak 4. Ca, vit d3 , phosphate levels to be maintained adequately 5. Control proteinuria using certain medicines 6. Stop smoking ( if applicable) 7 consult a psychiatrist to keep u anxiety free 8. Controlled fluid intake- VERY IMPORTANT fluid / water intake should match your daily urine output... This will prevent excessive fluid accumulation in body 9.  MAINTAIN bicarbonate levels in blood near normal 10 correct anemia - also very important.
