Hi.. Considering  that only stone size  is provided  and no other information  is there.. There r three options for ur stone treatment 1. RIRS but chances of Access failure r more in young males around 10%  and stone clearance rate is around 87% 2. Mini PCNL.. Good option with more than 95% success  rate but more complications  involved. 3. ESWL - external shock wave therapy less complication  and b done without anesthesia  as a Opd procedure but success  rate around 75% that to as per stone density
Next Steps
As a next step u should  undergo either IVU or a CT Urography
