Moderate obstruction of urine flow noted. What is the Urine report. is there infection? . Uroflowmetry to be repeated to see if Alfusin has improved the flow.

Next Steps

There may be a stricture urethra which can cause high pressure system and pain in scrotum . This will need urethrogram study
