Kidney Problems

From last 6-7 days I have been suffering with burning sensation with urination. I have increased my water intake and drinking 3-4 L a day but still their is no relief. Their is extreme discomfort while urination. I have also used Alkacitral for 3-4 days but their is not much relief. Kindly help

Within a day I observe my urine colour is yellow and sometime it is clear. It didn't happened in past happening from past few day. Blood and urine reports are attached.
