Kidney Problems

Actually i had frequently urine problem( less quantity) and also pain in lower abdomen so doctor suggested me Vellcef-Lb and Neukasol syrup and i was feeling fine after having it but after some days again i am having the same problem and i took the same medicines but my problem is still not solved i am still feeling the same

My query - Why am I susceptible to stone formation so much. And what can be done to prevent it. Details are below: I have had a surgery for calculus removal in 2016, right ureter PCNL (size - 14 mm). Type - Calcium oxalate Family history - Grand mother had it, Elder aunt had it Other a Occurences - in jan 2019 passed an approx. 3mm sized stone while urinating in office November 2019 - diagnosed with Fatty lever grade 3 with 1 stone in left kidney Now the stone is causing pain. If it helps - I was diagnosed with osteomalacia in 2015 for which 1 injection of 6 lakh units was prescribed But the Medicine doctor made me go for 6 of those injections ( cal level in body went from 8 to 63 )

I have overactive bladder issue. Urologist prescribed Roliten 2mg twice a day. I am taking Terol LA 2 instead which is its replacement; it's the same compound. Urologist also prescribed minimal overall water intake of 1.5-1.7L per day. This second prescription is causing several problems 1. My stools come out hard and it seems to be inflammatory for my piles and fissures. I saw blood in my stools the other day, but it was only once. It didn't happen more than once. 2. The prescribed tablet (Roliten/Terol) causes dry mouth as a side effect so maintaining the low water intake is difficult. The treatment protocol is contradictory to itself. 3. Finally, I am also taking Rejunex CD3 as a supplement for Vitamin b12 and d3. Due to low water intake, it makes my pee smell really bad What is the solution here? If I increase water intake, will it reduce the effect of Roliten/Terol tablet compound?

Can we give restyl 0.5mg in case of anxiety and dizziness? He is already having around 20 medicines at a time and water consumption is restricted to 1litre. Uncle is heavy diabetic, high bp issue, bith kidney damaged. Dr has suggested for kidney transplant which is not so easy.

I m feeling burning like sensation in tip of my pennies after toilet. It is from 2 days. I m drinking plenty of water. And urine also good. But little burning sensation occurs always. Any medicine should I take??. Kindly help.

I'm 33 year old male. Had a routine checkup which showed by creatinine 0.67 in February. Now in April full body check up reflects it 0.84.. is it a worrisome trend?

My mother had urine irritation, however the test report shows that no such infection is noted. What is the reason behind this? Urine RE, Urine Culture, Even Ultra sound report shows normal except  some PCOD. What should be the test she needs to undertake to rule out the disease

I have 6mm of kidney stone in ureter tube , Will the stone pass fully or will it dissolve into particles and come. I'm getting brown minute particles from my urine. Will it get out as a full stone or will break into pieces.

Hi. I am drinking around 3.5 litre water and my urine is around 1.2 to 1.6 litre. but before bed I drink 400ml to 500ml water But at dawn I do no feel urge to urinate and even I urinate it is around 50 to 80 ml and very yellow in color. After 8am I generally start urinating after drinking water. Is this a problem I used to urinate at early dawn after drinking water before bed also I want to know how much water ideally I should take before bed.
