Usually 3.5 mm non obstructive stone in kidney will not lead to pain
It’s very important to assess and diagnose the cause of pain
If no other cause can be ascertained then CT scan of abdomen will need to be done
At this age over the counter pain killers are not safe and should be taken only after consultation with a medical practitioner
