Kidney Problems

Every 15 mins I get an urge to urine. I noted that I go to pee for 20 times a day. Today it was 15 times but during periods it was 20 times. Even 15 times is too much.I started having garlic in the morning with water. Feel a little relief but not completely. The moment I drink water within  5 10 mins i feel like going to pee. Please suggest something

I feel cramps and muscle pain in whole body also urine color is yellowish. Blood reports are attached.
