Kidney Problems

Since Past1-2 week i am seeing mostly there's yellow urination, and sometimes it goes dark yellow even after drinking a lot of water as well and little bit of smell. There's no UTI or itching or anything. Just the color is coming darker sometimes. I have pain in/below/near lower left back rib idk what is it, its there since nearly 1-2 months and Its a dull ache only when i touch it or while sleeping i change sides i feel it, can these be related..

Around 2 month ago i had swelling on my facial area and legs and after that i got admitted in PGI Lucknow Where the doctor finds that i have infection in both Kidneys and suggests that there is no any satisfactory treatment of this, so don't waste money and go home. I am attaching Biopsy report and prescription of PGI. Kindly suggest me what should i do in this condition. Is there any treatment available in India anywhere? Kindly Help Thank you

Need to go to washroom very frequently, also at night. Also not able to control, sometimes few drops leak

My 5 year old son is frequently going bathroom in every 10 min for urine and he is doing the same last 3 days. He do not have other symptoms like pain or fever. And every time he is passing sufficient amount of urine not small drops. Please help.
