Kidney stone in lower pole of both
Hv approx 4.7 cm & 3.7 cm calculus in lower pole of right & left kidney.. advised to drink plenty of water .. but feel still it not flush out .. can it be flushed out by drinking water or need to take any other treatment.. plz advice..
how long it take it to cm out... and is there any risk of any other complications in kidney function if it persist long .. also
taking neeri syrup twice a day with water ..

Hi. . In general kidney stones less than 5 mm don't need any removal treatment.
Best is to prevent it from becoming bigger n one day it will hopefully get out uneventfully with ur urine.
How to prevent a stone from becoming bigger?
1. Best way according to studies is to drink 3 lt per day at REGULAR Intervals , so that ur urine output is 2 lt per day.
2. Take lot of citrus fruits containing citrate... Best r oranges, then lemon n pineapple
3. Non veg restriction esp meat to 2 3 times a day
4 salt restriction
5 urinary alkalizer 15 ml 2 to 3 times a day dissolved in water.... Mostly if u r recurrent stone former
