I have a question regarding hydronephrosis like what are the sign and symptoms amd if there is any how to conform that is it there or not and if it os there how long can someone go with the hydronephrosis before it  can permanently damage the function because there is lockdown nd due to that no imaging service is available as of now

I am having urine infection , after urine culture report i was resistant to norflox so doctor prescribed me nitrofurantoin table twice a day for 7 days and urikind twice a aday for three days ..... i have taken 4 doses of this antibiotic but my symptoms have not improved ... after taking medicine i m having more problem of frequent urination nd urgency .... will symptoms go away after more doses or there is a need to change medication ?
