I had a severe pain 2 days back...Yah performed and found multiple stones in both kidneys..1 stone 5.6mm is stuck in uretor...What to do?

If u have persistent pain for more than 24-48 hrs it's unlikely that stone may come out.... Pls meet a urologist at the earliest
