Sir,
When passing urine it is not clear at once.I need to stand for longer period of time. At the end it passes in small quantity in the form of drops. I think I am losing the pressure which requires to pass the urine. Kindly help me out. I am now 43 taking bp medicine amlopres and telma

If your urine stream is poor and you void for prolonged time, it might be due to stricture in urethra , or due to a neurogenic cause. Prostatomegaly is uncommon at your age but can be one of the reason.
