I am having urinary infection from today. I had sudden chill early morning but no fever. I pass more and have irritation. Please advice on effective medicine.

I have been facing CBP from 3 years...already had 4 months of niftas and tamsoulin course. After that dr said you got healed and i stopped but I wasn't. Its come again and i am taking niftas and veltam from 1.5 months again. Is this CBP is treatable...?? Many dr said it will take time but how much time it will take?? Even i am on medication still facing urinary problems. Also taking sitz baths. If not treatable with antibiotics what could be the next option. Is there any laser treatment for this or some therapy... I am just 27 and it made my life hell...

From last 2 months, my urine passage seems burning. It is very painful while passing urine. Also , I have to go multiple times bathroom to pass urine. I had urine infection earlier also for which I was admitted in hospital in 2018. Could you please suggest me what should I do, so that I can recover from this.
