Urge to frequently urinate at night
Hi, I am 26 year old female. I feel the urge to urinate a lot during night. And all my focus at night is on urination. And everytime the quantity is very little. And it feels like I am holding my urine... And I need to let it loose and urinate... But when I do there is hardly anything coming out. It happens only at night. This has been happening from past 1.5 years ... Sometimes it goes away but happens again... I don't have history of kidney stones... however it runs in my family. I have tried both drinking a lot of water and drinking little water but the case is same. Could you please suggest what should be my next step

You need proper consultation with a urologist, need to maintain bladder diary for 3-5 days in which you need to record total fluid intake as well as total urine output every time of day and night . Also need some test like Urine R/M, USG KUB with PVR and Uroflowmetry. After reviewing all these reports you will be advised proper medication for your overactive bladder (OAB).
