Sir actually I had back pain from couple of days so I thought of having a urine examination so It shows traces of albumin and 2-3 pus cells, is it normal or due to urine infection or anything else please suggest me some medicine ? Please help

Urine routine report Bile salt. Absent Bile pigmpent - Absent Albumin-. Nil Sugar_ Nil Microscopy Pus cells. - 3-4/hpf Epithelial cells - 2-3/hpf RBCs - 0-2/hpf Crystal - Nil Casts - Nil Others - Motile Bacteria Sir this report normal or abnormal Pls advice me
