Burning at the end of urine. Low Gfr
Hello, My father  Name  Shashikant Joshi 74 years old and has an eGFR value of 54. His creatin value is 1.3. He is diabetic and following medications are taken upon doctors prescription:- 1.glnase mf 2 repace 50 3. Starpress xl 4. Atorsave 20 5 full b12 sr 6 ecosprin 150 7 zomelis 50 8 orofer xt 9.Tayo 60k He has diabetes from last 20 to 25 yrs . presently slight burning sensation after urination. sugar levels are normally around 200 to 225 post lunch. he takes glynase mf two times a day. presently all the above prescribed medicines are given as per our doctor. He was covid positive & discharged 1 month ago. The medicine prescribed by another urologist: 1 Potrate mb6 solution 2 weeks - 2tspoons in morning & in 2tspoons in night. 2 Silofast D8 capsule  weeks - 1 only at night after dinner 3 Leon 500 tablet 7 days- 1 only after lunch. Kindly guide are these medicines for urinary & gfr value & creatine value problem are ok to take considering all above present medicines.

Good afternoon The burning sensation at the end of urination could be urinary tract infection. Few things I need to understand before I could understand his disease 1) since how long is burning sensation present? 2) is there an associated fever? 3) was he cathterized during his hospital stay? 4) did he have urinary tract infection then? 5) how is the flow of urine? 6) is there improvement with silodal d?
