Kidney Problems

I have done routine health check-up, in which I find calcium oxylate crystal in urine. I have done ultrasound which showing 3 mm dumbell shape stone in right kidney. Pls advise what to do. Can home remedy will help. Due to huge salary cut I'm finding it trouble some to go to hospital. What should I do.

Whenever i pee in the morning it creats foam when i flush it some foams stay back...i have done serum creatinine test and urea...my urea is 23 and creatinine is 1.07...i have done usg also...kidneys are normal...i have no swelling in my body and i have no sugar and hypertension...am i facing some serious problem??

Did one operation and removed the stone from kidney as doctor suggested did DTPA renal test, attaching report for reference.

I have been working out well and been using a scoop of whey protein after workout. Staying in a religious family i can take chicken and eggs only three times a week. I just wish to ask that if the prolonged use of whey good for my health and what precautions should i take along with it for my good kidney and liver health?

Dear Doctor, I was having a kidney stone in my ureter last month and it passed away (6mm) after 10 days of medication (veltam). My doctor confirmed it in the kub scan. Now I am having pain in my bladder area and a sharp pain in the base of my urethra for last 2 weeks. Took CT scan and it came negative for any obstruction apart from a 11mm stone in right kidney(which I am having for 2 yrs),. Doctor said nothing to worry about the stone inside the kidney now. My culture report came as ecoli growth and taking nitrofurantoin tablet for 5days. No luck with that. Then taking faronem 200 tablet for last 4 days and still the pain is there. Having a pain after urination and sometimes a sharp pain on my left side of my urethra base. Pls. Help. I am loosing confidence sometimes on antibiotics. Thanks in advance.

Hi dr, my son is 7.5 months old birth weight is 2.8 kg , he is having mild hydronephrosis by birth (right kidney 4.5 left 5.2 at birth n increase at 1.5 months right 5.5 n left 6) dr said to follow up after baby completes 6 months, but due to lockdown i didn't went to hospital for his scanning. Now he has mild fever (rectum temp between 99.4 - 100.1) with cough n cold. Can i give him paracetamol n cetrizen drop or it need to consult pediatric, or its just normal fever or something else. Plz suggest dr. Plz help. Attaching his 1.5 months scanning report for reference. Plz help me dr as a mother i m too much worried abt his fever, my baby is still active n playful n he is eating n talking feeds well.
