I had done a usg of whole abdomen and pelvis and the reports shows right adrenal myelolipoma what does this term means is it serious do I need to see a doctor?

My grandfather 89 years old has been suffering from constipation about 1.5 month in beginning his schedule one day delay when I give  rabeg d medicine in morning and probatics and cremafinn plus ,delcolex in night than schedule in morning everyday...but in ultrasound report right side kidney ckd and left side normal...but constipation problem running..in report cretnin is 1.18 but prostate in large and pus cell 3-4 ...suggest me

Today ...after 4 months of exposure...today I'm tested for Chlamydia blood test igg and igm... Chlamydia igg and igm test is accurate after 4 months of exposure...????my result is pending but give some advice about test... thank you ...

My 75 yrs old father has CKD and CKD - caused anaemia, Diabetes, Hypertension, Triglyceride, Thyroid problem. As per latest reports, Haemoglobin - 8.9, RBC count - 2.8, Total Leukocyte Count - 4400, Platelet - 1.50. Blood Sugar (fasting) - 101, Creatinine - 1.5, Albumin - Creatinine ratio is 11822/48.14 = 245.57. Current medication are - Dargen 40 and Neurobion injections monthly, Autrin (2 tabs daily), Folinext 5 (2 tabs daily), Glycomet SR  1 gm, Voglinorm 0.2, Tazloc 40, Thyronorm 0.75, Lipaglyn, Stator 10, Cardace, Montec LC, Gastractive, Enzar Forte, Donamem 5, Zolfresh 5. How to effectively control the progression of CKD and the other related diseases? Any new medication? Or some other advice?

I'm urinating every half an hour after having urilizer and uripas just once. How do i stop it immediately

Hello, I am feeling burning sensation after passing using. While passing urine iam not feeling anything, once my passing of urine gets completed, then it starts slowly and burning sensation lasts for 10 to 20min. What could be the reason? Thank you

Hello Doctor, My brother Suneel, 34 years of Age Today morning, after passing the urine at the end a little amount of blood traces came. Around 4days back, i felt like I was unable to control the urinals and was forced to pass it immediately. Yesterday there was a pungent smell after urinating. Today blood traces came in the morning once, after that it has not repeated. But it pains while urinating and also have burning sensation. I also had gastrics I have attached related scan reports and blood test report for reference Kindly suggest ...

My mother age 45 yrs,she was suffering from kidney problem,there was tumor inside kidney.i will send that reports sir plz check the reports,she need any surgery. Any process to remove only tumor from kidney.

Hello Doctors, Greetings to all. Pls let me know is there any permanent cure for Interstitial Cystitis after cystoscopy produced this report. Asking for my friend. She is 34 yrs old and a virgin. No kidney stones. Normal kidney function. No diabetes or thyroid issues. Bp normal. Hb is 13.5. She is an unmarried woman. Complete CT scan normal. This cystitis pain is pathetic and irritating.
