Kidney Problems

Since last 1 week feels burning after urination and sometimes feels not empty bladder. I have attached some reports. Kindly check and please reply.

Actually my friend is suffering pain during peeing. So we did a sonography test. In report it is mentioned that left kidney shows renal concretions. Kindly find the attached screenshot

I was having 3mm kidney stone on my left kidney lower pole, once that stone got passed I went for another ultrasound and new stone was visible on left kidney upper pole. So is it possible to get new stone within 15days or new stone was missed during initial ultrasound?

Sir  I went for the office yesterday nearly after three months. Due to unusual heat  and continuous excersion I started to develop eitching while passing the urine.. now the eitching has gone but still there is some secretion is left behind after passing the urine. Due to this my body temperature has gone to 99 .8 f. Earlier it was normal. Please guide me what to do ??

I have foamy urine for almost one year When I checked serum creatinine one year back it was 1.1( normal .8 to 1.6) When i checked now It was 1 (normal .7 to 1.4) I checked urine also But albumin was negative I checked three times it was negative But i was well hydrated when urine testing Dont know whether that made a false negative My sodium level 143 Pottassium 4.3 Chloride 100 Is 143 high at my age I am really worried Someone pls help me My blood pressure is normal 120/80 No diabetics I am worried about foamy urine But it goes away after drinking more water Otherwise its still like that for more than one year Pls help somebody I am using ciplar la40 for one year for mvp Is it safe

Hi, I am experiencing pain while urinating from the past few days. I feel the urine is also hotter than before. And there isn't a steady flow. I have a fever fluctuating between 101 and 99.8. What diagnose would you recommend. Cheers
