Kidney Problems

Hello sir/madam My father has fever since 1 month. ESR is 70 PSA is 2.57 CRP is 87 Report attached. Pls help me what to do. Is it serious???

My father is facing issue urinating. He has pain down near gall bladder. Even after drinking lots of water he is unable to urinate from last many hours. Is it bcoz of dehydration or related to kidney stone related some problem? Also facing burning sensation during urine from last 24 hours. Please recommend some solution for tonight as he is in severe pain.

I go through uretroscopy surgury with stent placement in left side on 3 rd may(bcz of stone and hydronephrosis), after surgury i feel flank pain continuously in both side(left as well as right),i have ectra dilated renal pelvis in right kidney. my doctor suggedted me 7 days rest with these medicines.. loxof,zocef-cv,soliten,pcm,rantac,portrate syrup.. is it normal to feel such pain, is it resolve by itself,is extra dilated renal pelvis right kidney rrsolve by itself?

I am passing urine in protein from last one year, my recent microalbumin(spot urine) 91.66 mg/FL , and urine microalbumin and creatinine ratio is 710 mg/dl, is there any medicine for this in homeopathy or Ayurveda.
