Kidney Problems

I have 24/7 pain in lower abdomen and now in whole stomach from last 5 to 6 month. In sleep sometime my hands got numb. Frequent urination 2times in 1 hr. I visited to 2 or 3 doctors took medicines but but stillnot cured properly. I seriously dnt know what i am suffering from and which kind of doctor i have  to visit to. Please guide

Hello Doctor, I am a kidney transplant recipient. Couple of months back I did my tacrolimus test. The doctor later reduced my dose from 3 mg to 2.5 mg. (1.5 -1.0) it's time for me to do the tacrolimus test again. I wonder, at which trough should I give my blood. (Morning or night, when should I go to give my blood) Trough of 1.5mg  or 1 mg.  Or is it irrelevant? Please advise.

I consulted doc from practo for UTI. he prescribe niftran100 .. i am at peace .. it helps me but I think my urine color is changed to pale yellow or tinge of green. Is it normal or something to worry about?

I did sonography a few days back and came to know that I have 2 small 3.5 and 4.3 mm stone in right kidney, and 4.2 mm stone in left one. I am having a slight right side pelvic pain as if someone is pinching from inside, there is no gynaecology problem, so can this be due to stone in kidney? They are in kidney but I have slight pinch like pain in right side pelvic area? Is it possible that even if stone is in kidney it can radiate pain over that area?

I have burning sensation and frequent urination day and night...it will break my sleep...I visited a doctor...he asked me to do urine R/M ,urine culture and abdomen pelvis ultrasound all are neutral...urine test good...urine culture negative and abdomen pelvis is good ...all are normal...after that I visited a urologist...he asked me to do uroflowmetry ...here my average flow rate 3ml/sec,max rate 12 m/s ...my voided volume is 121ml..voided timing 32 sec..max time 31 sec ...time to max flow 11 sec...after seeing this he told me to do urethroplasty operation...he also prescribed urispas and soletin 5 mg ...are there no  non surgical treatment ??plz tell me is that possible that ultrasound normal and urethra stricture.. possible

Pls help me in this regard the reports are attached what should I do and whom I should consult and what is best treatment available

Her diabetes is now under control but her blood urea is 208 mg/dl and serum creatinine is 4.17 mg/dl she does not have any past report of kidney problems can you tell what it is

Is Kidney Stone hereditary? My mom had an episode of Kidney Stone. What are the chances me ( male, age:-26) & my sister ( age:- 15) will endure the painful Kidney Stone?

Psa level - 18.4ng/ml Usg shows volume of prostate gland as 70.5 cc...what does it indicate what problem is this???
