Kidney Problems

From last 2 months, my urine passage seems burning. It is very painful while passing urine. Also , I have to go multiple times bathroom to pass urine. I had urine infection earlier also for which I was admitted in hospital in 2018. Could you please suggest me what should I do, so that I can recover from this. I am attaching two prescriptions through which I was medicated. However I can not attach all my prescriptions, since more than 2 attachments are not permitted.
