Kidney Problems

From past 5 days I was having low back pain ,fatigue,groin pain,I have attached my urine and usg report.i gave usg today but after that my frequency of urine has increased a lot but burning has stopped,what is the issue and what to do next.

Sir can a person with 1500ml urine output..be termed as kidney failure or person with 4.0 serum creatinine.because my mother's report is having both of this ..can serum creatinine levels come to normal..from 4 to 1.3 in a month..by medicine

I am getting the urge to urinate frequently throughout the day and I have to wake up even at night once or twice.

Hello 3 days back he had severe pain in the back and lower abdomen, after ultrasound we found that there is a ureter stone and swelling in that left lower abdomen region, after consulting the nearby doctor he is under medication, pls suggest if the medicines are ohk and how longg will it take to get rid of the problem. It all just started with lower left back pain like a muscle pull on the first day it was 99° but after that it reduced to 97 till now,the pain is in lower left and left hip,metal type or some type taste in mouth,fatigue,loose stools,loss of appetite,I suffer from gerd gastritis from many years but this type of problem I have never got,is it anything to be worried about,mosquito also but 3 days back,sometimes pain in right side but it comes and goes.in left side the pain increases when I bend backwards like pulling pain.what should be done next.

Mother has a silicone 18 no catheter placed but experiencing leakage almost every other day Took tablet soliten but the leakage mostly happens once she is in standing position and once she gets up after sleeping The silicon catheter is changed 2 times in -a week and there is no infection or blockage What will help to stop the leak around catheter completely
