Good evening. Hope you are doing well amid the pandemic. My mother has CKD with creatinine of 2.0 and blood urea 64. Is it safe for her to take drive d3 vitamin medicines weekly as she has joint pain and is diabetic ? Thank you

At the time of dialysis my father starts shakeing and muscle cramps occure. After dialysis he can barely speak. He can barely walk. Body and muscles starts to tighten while water is drained off at higher quantity (possiblely 4 kg) . His net weight is - 56kg. 3days dialysis cycle is maintained. Urea level - 143 Sodium-139 Potassim. Can I provide him Vitamin E capsules of 400 MG? Can I provide him a protine supplement named Vizaprot? The images and the compositions are attached. If I get a reply from your side I shall be highly obliged.
