Why little pain near Left kidney ?

Asked for Male, 37 Years

For 2 days , I have regular little pain near left kidney . Kindly give me answer of my below two queries : 1. Is regular little pain at left abdominal part due to Kidney stone or it is swelling in kidney or it is UTI or something else because I have listen that Kidney stone pain always severe ? 2. Doctor has recommended me "Fosfomycin Trometamol Powder " 10 Sachet (each sachet after 1 day gap) for 20 days , Should I take this , If yes then should i take 10 Sachet ? Attached : Ultrasound Report Kindly answer after see the report.
