I have gone through left URSL as i was diagnosed with left vuj calculus with left hydroureternephrosis After 6 months of surgery i started feeling mild off nd on pain in my left flank , what may be the issue I have attached my ncct kub

Multiple stone in both kidney..taking clearstone drops ...it will give result or not.please guide me .

Does it affects my kidney functions if I am drinking more water than the recommended. Generally I drinks more than 4 to 5 litres of normal water everyday and which results in frequent urge to urinate. So kindly advise if its good for kidney functions and overall body.

Hi , my uncle is 60 years old , by sonography it is figured out that prostatectomy grade 2 is enlarged in size 49 cc with heterogeneous with echo texture & irregular margins .psa>100 , right renal cortical cyst, adv-psa ... urologist told us to go for biopsy as there are chances for cancer ..So what should be the next step as biopsy is dangerous , is there any alternative or should we go for it ..All other tests are negative like blood sugar etc , creatinine etc

Hi Sir, our new born who is 22 days old has mild pelvis dilation of 3.5 mm (USG taken when he was 3 days old). He is also having an ear tag on the left ear, however doctors confirmed that it's a cosmetic and can be removed later if needed I just want to understand if this Mild Pelvis Dilation requires any treatment ? Will it automatically gets correct? I understand that it put pressure on Kidneys but is it really something that we need to worry about? Do we need to take one more ultrasound? If so at what age?

From past mild uti is there but in urine culture it shoes negative...nw from. 1month pain in back...more pain in genitals. Rectum...abdominal pain...I will get sudden abdominal pain..urgency for motion...pungent smell while urinating

My urine is yellowish and the urine report is showing urine creatinine as 269. I feel body gets heated up. Reports are attached.

Having urine problem started in January 2019. That time PSA level increased upto 9.73 & prostate size was 35 cc. After taking treatment in july'19 PSA decreased upto 1.055 & prostate size upto 25cc.doctor stopped treatment. In jan '20 PSA was 2.10 In feb'20 PSA was 1.98 In may'20 PSA is 3.015 But urine routine & culture report is normal. But at present I m feeling problem in urine discharge. Less qty. In one time with weak stream. Go for 8-10 times in a day.total qty of discharge urine is 1.2 ltr against 3 ltr drink water in a day. Feel pelvic pain sometimes & Feel also abnormal urine bladder like not full empty. Please suggest a suitable treatment.
