Kidney Problems

I was prescribed chitralka for possible uti infection but pharmacy does not have. They are giving us urikind k instead. Is it rhe same? Is it safe if I am planning to conceive?

After goes toilet again again 20 ml goes toilet. We use chewing tobacco for go to toilet . And If no use tobacoo last 10 years serum drop when go stool out. Some time after urine again feel sansation. Before sleep press lower stomatch ,after 10 min go again wash room . Cannot sleep continue more than 1.30 hr . So i decided 1 drink water after 3 hr . 2 squeeze lower abdomain when pass urine. 3 witch medicines for realefe 4 i want what hapen inside es mussle loose . So what should i do? I am 23 yrs old male.I have severe pain in right side lower abdomen and pain slowly spread after eat more salty food and went to doctor they said its a kidney stone.I went to take USG In the report no stone in kidney but I have right renal cortical cyst.I attach photo of my report.now I don't have any pain.but I worry so much please any one tell me its safe or I want to treat?its a bosnaik type 1.
