Mild left hydroureteronephrosis
Hello, I have Mild left hydroureteronephrosis noted due to calculus measuring 4.6 x 3.9 x 1.8mm (Average CT HU +736) in left vesico ureteric junction. Would like to know if this can pass naturally only with medicines. Requesting your suggestions. Thanks
